To make it simpler for you, the three-day trial membership plan will automatically convert to our monthly package at the standard non-promotional rate at the end of your three-day trial period, if you don't cancel your membership before the trial expires. On the day your trial period expires, and every month after that until you cancel, your credit/debit card will be billed at the price of your selected membership package.


This also applies to other packages: once your initial membership period has expired, for your convenience, your subscription will automatically be extended for a successive renewal period of the same duration and at the same price as the subscription term originally selected, or the renewal will occur at a lower price hence the membership of a shorter duration will be given.


To reduce the risk of fraud transactions, we may require some users to verify billing account via debiting their credit or debit card a small, random amount of $0.5 to $5 (or its equivalent in local currency). Please check your bank statement for the actual debit amount of billing account verification and confirm it if needed. This amount will be refunded within 3 to 5 days when the credit card or debit card verification process is complete.


In the event that there is not enough money on your account/card we reserve the right to give you a discount upon purchase. The discount rate may vary depending on the current upcoming campaigns.


Rebilling will occur only when your current payment period expires and not before. If you do not want to continue to use the site you can cancel the automatic billing any time before the collection date. Just go to 'My Settings' to manage your subscription. Once cancelled, you will no longer be qualified for the renewal rate you were given when you first signed up.


In order not to bill a user for the whole monthly subscription period in advance, we reserve the right to provide 1 (one) Month pay-as-you-go membership package, where a user is billed for amount of 1/30 of monthly membership on a daily basis until subscription is cancelled by the user. In case membership is cancelled before the end of a one month period, the user is billed for the exact period service has been provided.


In the event that there is not enough money on your account/card we reserve the right to charge you for the smaller subscription period. The period and price of the subscription will depend on the amount of money available on your account/card.


We do not offer membership refunds, but your service will not cease earlier than your renewal date, so you will always get the full service from umgrandeamor.com.
